new diet.
ha, i must drive some of you crazy with my constant change of diets. but hey, i just gotta find what works for me, so i can stick to it.
so that being said, here's my new diet:
- only eating on days with a "u" in it (fasting on monday, wednesday, friday)
- no more than 500 calories on any other day. try to keep it under 300, but allow myself to go up to 500.
it is 5 pm here, and i just started a 36 (at least) hour liquid fast. i am not going to eat until thursday at 6 am, which would make it about 37 hrs. but i am going to try to go until thursday at 11:30 am, depending on how i'm feeling.

ABC day one.
with spring break just a week away, i MUST get control. i will not allow myself to sit at home all day every day binging constantly. i'm ready to beat the binge monster. so i'm starting abc. i will stick to it, no exceptions. also, i don't think i've updated you guys- i became vegan! which will make the whole no-binge thing easier.

- bouillon cube (5)
total: 255
i may allow myself half a can of soup (50) if i must, but i think i'll be okay. wish me luck!

so this is how my weekend is going to play out-
i'm going to lay around all weekend watching movies and shows. i'll be watching about a million episodes of skins, since i just got into it the other day.

"losertown"
according to this website called "losertown", if i eat 500 calories per day, with light exercise, i can get to 84 by april 12th. this makes me happy. you all should go to this website and put in your stats, to see how long it'll take you to reach your goal.
