i was so close to binging just now. so close. but everything i started craving i couldn't find so i took as a sign that i'm on a diet and not supposed to be binging, so i settled for a 90 calorie bar. more than i would have liked, because i did go out of control, but it is better than a 500 calorie binge.
7:00 am - cup of black coffee
9:00 am - hash brown (150)
glass of orange juice (140)
1:30 pm- special k bar (90)
5:00 pm- sf strawberry jello (5)
total: 380
i know, i know. i broke my 10 am rule. this was the first official day of this rule, and i forgot as soon as there was food in my face. so i know the rule. no coffee tomorrow. it's gonna make the hunger pains in the morning even more intense.
i'll update this later with anything else i eat.
