reasons NOT to binge.

~ It's not healthy for ANYONE.
~ It'll block you from your potential
~ It'll hinder you from your progress
~ What about my goal weights? They come first.
~ Feeling full = disgust. Enough said.
~ Calories, calories, calories.
~ Say no and take a step forward.
~ We're better than this.
~ We're smarter than this.
~ Because we have willpower to walk away
~ Because those jeans wont stretch anymore
~ Because we'll be happy at the end of the day with our success
~ Because we deserve better.
~ Stomach bloating is not worth it.
~ Because you know you're going to hate it when your stuck feeling like shit for an entire day because of one slip up...so don't slip up.
~ All your hard work will have gone to waste.
~ A few minutes of binging doesn't make up for the hours of regret and disappointment.
~ Its going to take dayyyyyssss to work off those extra little pounds.
~ One binge will only lead to another. You don't want that cycle again.
~ A moment on the lips, a lifetime on the hips.
~ Saying no is taking another step forward.
~ You will be FAT if you eat today, just put it off one more day.
~ You don't NEED that much food.
~ Being able to starve is an example of excellent willpower.
~ You will be able to see your beautiful, beautiful bones.
~ Food is mean and sneaky. It tricks you into eating it and it works on you from the inside out making you fat, bloated, ugly and unhappy.
